What should I do?

I want to workout. I really do. I felt great every time afterwards but I got busy. I’m now working 8 hours a day, walking around, constantly moving, so by the time I get off work, I’m exhausted.

I want to be able to do something at home. I’ve got my diet changed and that helped a some. I managed to drop 5lbs and keep it off from just that. But I want that chance to workout. I just am never up for it until about 7 or 8 at night! And then it’s time to make dinner =/

I need help and/or ides from anyone willing to offer them!

The “thigh gap” is the most arbitrary and ridiculous marker of thinness ever dreamed up by thinspo-lovers. Your ability to have one or not has a lot more to do with your bone structure than anything else. Stop obsessing over this ridiculous “ideal.”
